SUPERMIND / APPROACH

Human expertise, amplified by simulation

Expert research, scenario analysis and human review — with explicit evidence boundaries, assumptions and limitations.

THE ENGAGEMENT

A disciplined path
from question to action.

Technology widens the scenarios we can explore. Research and expert review determine what the findings mean.

01

Define the decision

Clarify the question, options, constraints and criteria for a useful answer.

Decision brief
02

Research & verify

Organize sources, distinguish evidence from assumptions and identify gaps.

Evidence register
03

Build the scenario

Represent relevant actors, incentives, relationships and decision conditions.

Scenario & assumptions
04

Simulate & compare

Explore reaction pathways and how options change under different assumptions.

Options & risk pathways
05

Interpret & advise

Review the findings, set decision conditions and assign actions, verification tasks and reassessment points.

Decision card & action plan

DECISION REHEARSAL

One action. A sequence of responses.

Rehearsal explores how one party’s action can change the choices available to others: a pricing move, a buyer response, a supplier constraint, then a revised commitment. Compare alternative sequences under the same evidence boundary, rather than treating a single narrative as the answer.

The useful output is a clearer view of dependencies, change conditions and the next real-world check. We can discuss an appropriate private methodology walkthrough and agree what may be shown; internal Runtime records remain confidential.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE WALKTHROUGH

Follow the reasoning.
Inspect each step.

Follow a fictional investment decision from materials through stakeholder reactions to an action plan. This is a fixed explanation, not a live simulation or an actual run record.

What do we know, and what is missing?

Separate source facts, interpretation and assumptions. In this fictional capacity-investment example, customer demand and delivery readiness are assumptions to verify.

Output: evidence and assumptions register

Who can change the decision?

Ask who pays, approves, supplies or can walk away: customers, budget holders, suppliers and competitors. Describe their incentives and veto points with explicit evidence gaps.

Output: stakeholder landscape

What changes when a condition changes?

Rehearse a chain of possible reactions: a competitor cuts prices, customers reconsider and management revisits the next tranche. Compare full expansion, staged investment and waiting under shared conditions. These reactions are hypothetical.

Output: option comparison and risk pathways

What should we verify or do next?

Record the proposed choice, what would change it and the next evidence check. In this example, commercial and operations leads review demand and delivery before a further commitment.

Output: reviewed findings and action plan

METHODS & LIMITATIONS

Trust begins with
clear boundaries.

These are our analytical review principles. This page does not claim a published accuracy benchmark or independently validated forecasting performance.

01

Evidence traceability

Keep the connection between a finding, its sources and the assumptions used.

02

Assumption transparency

Distinguish known facts, interpretations, modeling assumptions and unresolved gaps.

03

Sensitivity analysis

Examine whether findings change when important inputs or incentives change.

04

Historical evaluation

Use suitable historical comparisons when the question and evidence permit; report the scope of any evaluation.

05

Human review

Make clear which judgments have been reviewed and which require further investigation.

Simulation is not certainty.

Outputs depend on source quality, scenario coverage and model assumptions. They support further investigation and professional judgment; they do not guarantee future events.
