How inquiry information is used, delivered and handled, and how to contact us about your information.

Information you choose to share
An inquiry may contain your name, organization, email address and the context you provide. We use these details to evaluate and respond to your request and discuss a potential engagement. Please do not include confidential documents or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.
Delivery and service providers
Online inquiries are processed by Static Forms (staticforms.dev) to deliver them to our inquiry inbox. Static Forms and our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical connection information as part of operating their services.
Storage and your requests
Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and any resulting engagement. To request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, email contact@sprmind.com. Any engagement-specific confidentiality and information handling terms are agreed separately.
Cookies and external links
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page views and performance information without adding advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Inquiry language, service topic and limited campaign/referral context may accompany a submission. Limited campaign labels and the entry path may be retained in this browser tab for 30 minutes to accompany an inquiry; no visitor identifier is created. The inquiry draft is stored temporarily in this browser tab only when switching language, expires after 30 minutes and is removed on restoration or successful submission. External websites have their own privacy practices.
