SUPERMIND / ABOUT
Research, simulation and strategic judgment
A decision-led approach combining research, scenario analysis and professional judgment.
WHY SUPERMIND
More perspectives.
Considered judgment.
SUPERMIND combines expert-led research, decision simulation and strategic advisory for businesses, investors and institutions. We help teams examine assumptions and understand trade-offs before committing resources.
The decision sets the scope. Markets, jurisdictions, industries and stakeholder groups are defined for each engagement, along with the evidence, specialist expertise and review responsibilities the question requires.
WHO WE ARE
Independent thinking.
Connected perspectives.
SUPERMIND and Triangle International Group (TIG) are independent companies operating alongside one another.

A clear question.
Clear responsibilities.
Research scope can span international business, market and capital context, stakeholder analysis and AI scenario modeling. Relevant experience and specialist needs are discussed when scoping each engagement.
Client management
Own the final decision, approve commitments and confirm objectives, constraints and acceptable trade-offs.
SUPERMIND
Integrate research and scenario analysis, document assumptions and evidence gaps, and agree who reviews the final assessment. Project coordination is scoped where required.
Specialist advisers
Where legal, tax, engineering or other formal opinions are needed, agree qualified specialists and their responsibilities separately. Strategic analysis does not replace their professional sign-off.
BEFORE AN ENGAGEMENT
Know the scope. Know who is accountable.
The proposal and engagement agreement identify the contracting entity, project lead, scope, deliverables, fees and review responsibilities. Any specialist services and implementation coordination are defined separately where required.
Discuss confidentiality and permitted data use before sharing sensitive materials. SUPERMIND and TIG operate independently; a reference to TIG does not make it a party to a SUPERMIND engagement.
